The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of three, reporting directly to the Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the company's accounting systems, ensuring accurate data entry and robust financial reporting.
Manage both strategic and operational finance functions, including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger activities, to maintain efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions.
Prepare and submit VAT returns, corporate tax filings, and other statutory financial requirements in a timely manner.
Conduct tax reviews to optimise financial efficiency, oversee tax filings, manage audits, and ensure full compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Produce monthly financial reports, analyse key data trends, and provide ad hoc financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain responsibility for lease management, ensuring updates are completed each month.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to guarantee compliance and accurate financial reporting.
Key Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CPA) with a solid foundation in financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
A minimum of 3-5 years' accounting experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, logistics, or multinational sectors.
Proven expertise in financial reporting, audit management, and budgeting processes.
Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex financial data and delivering strategic insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong IT skills to support financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and present financial information to senior leadership.
