Great opportunity for experienced Programmer/Scheduler. Due to continuous growth, we look to hire a Programmer who will permanently join our Civil Division.
Requirements:
1. Min. 10 years continuous Scheduling experience in Civils projects.
2. Must be 3rd level educated in the discipline as a minimum or came through the industry in a trade or trainee capacity and switched into a professional Scheduling role.
Key tasks include:
1. Maintenance/upkeep of schedule of works related to the project.
2. Constant tracking of planned versus actual progress.
3. Working with construction team members to capture and log any issues influencing progress.
4. Attendance at site meetings (internal and client-based).
5. Monitoring original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes throughout the project.
6. Monitoring site installation output and advising on any changes needed if necessary, inclusive of labour hours and labour efficiencies.
7. Take lead in production/co-ordination of issuing of weekly construction reports.
8. Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the Client.
9. Responsible for development and management of project schedules and project controls tools.
10. Critical Path development & analysis.
11. Being proficient in MS Project and Scheduling tools (Primavera, Asta, Visalean, etc.).
12. Liaise with project management team with regular schedule performance status reports.
13. Provide valued input to Constructability Reviews versus the Target Programme provided at Invitation to Tender.
14. Establish project schedule resource requirements.
15. Develop and communicate the target completion of project goals.
16. Provide performance updates/reports for identification of variances and corrective action.
