Key Objective:
To deliver a premium brand experience to every customer, constantly striving to improve sales performance, whilst maintaining strong brand values and acting as a Gym+Coffee ambassador. Our goal is that everyone leaves our stores feeling part of our community. Oversee the effective management of the store and team, directly supporting the Store Manager and Retail Director. Candidate must be available Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Brand Experience:
1. Be an ambassador for the brand.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
3. Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
4. Meet individual and store sales targets by maximising sales at every opportunity through the use of upselling, link-selling and add-on opportunities.
5. Deal with customer inquiries and refunds professionally and effectively, converting refunds into sales opportunities where possible.
Commercial Awareness:
1. Have an awareness of store and company best sellers and use this knowledge to increase sales opportunities.
2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
3. Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability.
4. Keep up to date with product information, new line launches, and company promotions.
5. Actively participate in, and support all company incentives to increase sales.
6. Have an awareness of competitor activity and feedback any improvement suggestions or observations to the management team.
Stock Management:
1. Assist with stock deliveries and stock management.
2. Maintain a fully stocked shop floor.
3. Maintain maximum stock availability through effective stock replenishment techniques.
4. Effectively maintain best practice within your stockroom to ensure that all stock is accurate regarding receipt of deliveries, and provide support with stock-take activities and processes when needed.
5. Ensure all stock is correctly merchandised and priced in accordance with visual merchandising directives.
People/ Store Management:
1. Support the Store Manager in the running of the store.
2. Support the Store Manager to ensure all store banking and administration is reconciled each day in line with company procedures.
3. Support the Store Manager/ Retail Director to ensure store operations are in line with brand expectations and company practice.
4. Support and drive the business strategy through strong teamwork, both with immediate colleagues and in other areas of the business.
5. Empower your team to demonstrate initiative, effective problem solving and to actively seek opportunities for development.
