Crossell is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team!
This is an exciting opportunity within the FMCG sector, where you will play a crucial role in providing dedicated, efficient, and effective in-house recruitment services for our field teams and office.
As a licensed Recruitment Agency, you will focus on internal roles, including part-time Tactical Merchandisers, seasonal campaigns, and full-time Sales teams/Field Managers, as well as actively contribute to external placements, earning commission on all external roles!
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and external roles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs in each team, client or division, particularly in the fast-paced FMCG & Retail sectors.
Take a customer-led approach in all recruitment activities, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
This involves preparing candidates for interviews, providing and receiving feedback, and negotiating successful offers.
Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, focusing on essential roles delivered to the highest standard to enhance the recruitment process and candidate journey.
Develop sales opportunities for new recruitment clients and vacancies, contributing to the growth of the recruitment portfolio.
Provide regular market insights through research, analytics, events, and networking, ensuring the resourcing team and hiring managers are up to date on economic trends, new technology, and competitor analysis.
Provide coaching and support as needed, to ensure Hiring Managers develop effective recruitment skills.
Effectively use job boards, social networks, and other channels to attract and source quality candidates, increase Brand awareness and research for prospective new recruitment clients.
Represent Crossell in a professional and creative manner on social media platforms, raising the profile of the business functions.
Implement all company policies and practices as outlined in your Contract of Employment, ensuring GDPR compliance and adherence to Equality Legislation.
What makes you a good candidate for this position?
You have at least 2 years of Recruitment experience in Ireland, with a thorough understanding of best practices.
Ideally, you possess knowledge and experience recruiting within FMCG or Retail, though training will be provided If not!
You are experienced conducting and scoring competency-based interviews, screening, and interviewing candidates for various supervisory and management roles.
You are self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
You take pride in your work, taking accountability for the roles and successful placements.
You have the ability to adapt recruitment strategy, approach, and channel as per market conditions to attract the right calibre of candidates.
You possess adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
