Our client, a leading PLC, is seeking aFinancial Reporting Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for external reporting, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.

Job Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and review ofIFRS and US GAAP consolidated financial statements.
Ensure compliance withSEC reporting requirements (e.g., Form 10-K, Form 10-Q) andIFRS statutory reporting.
Drive efficiencies and improvements within external reporting processes.
Prepare and reviewBoard and Audit Committee deliverables.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
Provide support to newly acquired businesses in meeting external reporting requirements.
Contribute to the implementation offinancial reporting systems across the organisation.
Manage and develop a team, ensuring high standards of delivery and professional growth.
Leadprocess improvement initiatives and participate in ad-hoc financial projects.
Experience Required: 5-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in financial accounting and group consolidation.
Strong knowledge ofUS SEC and IFRS reporting requirements.
Experience infinancial reporting within a multinational, multi-currency environment.
Proven track record ofteam leadership and people management.
Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex reporting structures.
Desirable Skills: Exposure tofinancial reporting systems and automation projects.
Experience in managingregulatory reporting changes and process optimisation.
Strong ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively across teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Requirements: Accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
Additional training or certification infinancial reporting systems is beneficial.
