Job Title: Senior Sales Advisor Dundonald
To provide the best level of service to customers, thereby maximising sales and profit.
Responsibilities:
* Assist and support the Manager in staff training and development, motivating and encouraging the team to attain sales targets.
* Control and operate a Winemark store in the Store Manager's absence in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
* Assist in customer relations by maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
* Identify selling opportunities and act on these.
* Assume responsibility for housekeeping standards both inside and outside the store according to Company standards.
Requirements:
* Essential Maths and English GCSE (Grade C or above) or equivalent OR 1 year previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer focused environment.
* Desirable NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Customer Service or Retail Operations or equivalent WSET Level 1 Wine Certificate; Level 2 also preferred.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail environment.
* Ability to solve problems and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Leadership qualities to demonstrate potential to lead a team of people in the absence of the Store Manager.
