Your new role
As a General Services Manager, you will be located in Limerick. They are looking for someone who is a dedicated leader and a driving force for service excellence.
You will manage and develop services across various lines, including catering, DOC and GXP cleaning, and security teams.
• Manage and develop services across our service lines on-site, ensuring service delivery to the highest standards in line with client contract requirements.
• Drive service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction through strong people management skills.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following processes and escalating gaps to resolution.
• Manage subcontractors in areas such as pest control, groundskeeping, and other facility management services.
• Review and ensure strong financial performance, meeting all health, safety, food safety, and legislative requirements.
• Work closely with SME support teams in finance, health and safety, quality, and human resources to utilize their expertise.
• Support the ROI operations lead in developing business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs.
• Ensure consistent and effective governance at each site versus agreed Vested Contract criteria.

• Proven experience of managing large sites with multidisciplined teams.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills.
• Strong people management skills.• Ability to develop commercially viable solutions based on rigorous techniques to understand client and contractual needs.• Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.• Ability to interpret and utilize complex and varied financial and commercial information.• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and employees at all levels.• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment.• Proven track record of initiating and leading demanding business change programs.• Excellent communication, negotiating, influencing, and facilitating skills.• Innovative, with a ‘can do & improve’ attitude.
