RRL Procurement Analyst Job Description
re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is an electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company that works to extend the life of used electronic equipment through reuse, repair, and recycling.
We specialize in the handling of valuable electronic equipment that was originally used in data centers.
The role involves supporting all procurement-related responsibilities in support of our EMEA and APAC network by assisting in the procurement of materials, supplies, and services.
You will engage closely with cross-functional teams, including commercials, quality assurance, and operations, to effectively identify the procurement needs of our de-manufacturing operations.
Your collaboration will ensure that all departments are aligned and that we meet our operational requirements seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, components, and supplies required for manufacturing operations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs.
* Analyze supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.
* Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
* Maintain accurate records and databases for procurement activities, including tracking order status and supplier information.
* Prepare reports and presentations on procurement metrics and performance for management review.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and efficiencies.

Minimum Requirements:
* 3+ years of procurement or vendor management experience.
* 3+ years of reverse logistics experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Qualifications:
* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* BASIC understanding of procurement principles and supply chain management is a plus.
