What you'll be doing
Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive within the Marketing division. This position falls under our Roomex line of business based in Dublin, Ireland.
This is a full-time permanent role, working remotely with some occasional visits to the Dublin office.
What you’ll be doing
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to develop an effective digital strategy alongside a supportive marketing team.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and online events, ensuring they align with the company’s lead generation goals.
2. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using this information to inform digital marketing strategies and tactics.
3. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (primarily LinkedIn & Instagram), create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyse performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.
4. Collaboration with External Agencies: Work closely with our digital marketing agency to plan, implement, and optimise Google and Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and budget constraints.
5. Content Creation and Curation: Generate high-quality content tailored for B2B audiences, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, sales collateral, videos and info graphics.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and digital advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
7. SEO and SEM Strategy: Implement and optimise the Roomex SEO strategy alongside our Web Specialist to improve organic search visibility and paid search performance, conducting keyword research, and staying updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes.
To be successful
8. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
9. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on driving traffic and generating leads.
10. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Hubspot, Salesforce and Google Analytics
11. Solid understanding of social media including LinkedIn, TikTok and Meta
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
13. Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data.
14. Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
15. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
