Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the resort. Ensure efficient service to all guests while supporting daily operations in the housekeeping department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain Standards and Cleanliness: Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene are consistently implemented and maintained throughout the resort.
* Team Leadership and Training: Provide supervision, instruction, and delegation of duties to the housekeeping team. Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
* Operational Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage stock levels of supplies and prepare and manage departmental budgets.
* Health & Safety and Guest Satisfaction: Adhere to health and safety policies and handle guest complaints and requests promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
* Proven supervisory experience within the housekeeping department of a 4*/5* luxury resort or similar upscale hospitality establishment.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.
* Professional, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
* Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
