Role Description
If you're passionate about beer and spirits, this role could be ideal for you. As a representative for Diageo, you'll combine sales strategy, relationship building, and targeted activations to ensure consumers have access to leading brands like Guinness, Harp, Rockshore, Carlsberg, Smithwick's, Gordons, Smirnoff, Baileys, Roe & Co, and many others.
Responsibilities
* Follow journey plans provided by your line manager
* E nsure merchandising guidelines are adhered to, focusing on Planogram compliance, maximizing promotional space, and negotiating with Store Managers
* Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity, and provide feedback in a timely manner
* Verify correct Shelf Eye Level (SEL) placement for all products
* M erchandise promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place
* Capture before and after photographs using a handheld device
* Liaise with store managers prior to leaving to ensure they're satisfied with completed work
* Develop strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team
* Maintain CPM and client standards and policies
* Consistently strive to meet the highest standards of performance for customers
* Operate efficiently to complete all tasks
* Perform any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Requirements
* Familiarity with technology
* Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
* Effective Organisational Skills
* A full clean driver's license is necessary
