We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team at Inishmore, Aran Islands, Co. Galway.

The Role: As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.
You'll oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and work to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets while maintaining compliance with company standards and procedures.
This is a 30 hour, fixed term Store Manager contract in Inishmore, Aran Islands, Co. Galway from until
Key Responsibilities: Must be a key driver in delivering excellent customer service in store, leading by example at all times.
Maximise profitability by driving sales, managing costs, and achieving gross margin goals.
Display a keen eye for detail and consistently deliver excellent in-store standards while adhering to merchandising guidelines.
Oversee stockroom organisation, maintain adequate stock levels, and ensure product is displayed on the shop floor in a timely manner.
Plan and organise staff rotas to ensure optimal shop floor coverage while adhering to budgeted hours.
Adhere to Company policies and procedures and support the Store Team in delivery of same.
Train and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and idea-sharing.
Ensure the store operates in accordance with health and safety standards, maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers.
What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Experience in stock and cash management, health & safety compliance, and administrative duties.
