Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage quality systems, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory standards.
* Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to established quality protocols and addressing any non-conformances.
* Implement and track CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous process improvement.
* Assist in the development, review, and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements across the organization.
* Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of equipment used in quality assurance processes.
* Support the management of documentation related to quality compliance, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
* A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
* Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, CAPA, and industry regulations (GxP, FDA, ISO).
* Experience in cleanroom operations is highly beneficial.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
