Job Overview
We are recruiting a Growth and Business Development Manager to drive financial growth across all pillars of our business, including tourism, commercial, gifting, hampers, events, and more. This is an exciting role that requires an innovative and sales-driven person with real commercial savviness and a track record of building long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
* Develop robust sales pipelines and business opportunities across all pillars of the business
* Plan, create, execute, and measure innovative strategies to deliver business targets
* Maintain a proactive and innovative approach to recommending concepts & initiatives that can be implemented seamlessly
* Work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders to develop & deliver new concepts, experiences, and attractions across the business
* Deliver accurate reports on all growth activity and take corrective actions where required
* Build strong relationships and form partnerships with current & future customers, clients, and industries
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a passion for business growth and development, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of building successful partnerships. They will also have a strong understanding of the commercial landscape and be able to think innovatively to drive business growth.
