Product Sales Manager
As a Product Sales Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the consistent sales of all products across the QTP range. You will manage activities to ensure a balance between stock and sales, lead projects, and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our sales and inventory management.
Your Team
You’ll be working within our management team reporting to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
1. Constantly review product sales in conjunction with the Sales Team and Supply Chain Team to identify additional sales opportunities.
2. Support new product development to ensure successful launches.
3. Engage with Supply Chain and Marketing teams to ensure new products launched are promoted and available for the sales team.
4. Implement processes for the Sales Team to develop existing customers and engage in new opportunities.
5. Work closely with the Sales Team Coordinator to provide direction on the products or ranges to focus on.
6. Drive follow-up with the Sales Team Coordinator to ensure direction has been actioned and monitor successes and areas for improvement.
7. Deliver sustainable resolutions to pricing issues.
8. Interact with Quality Department, Product Development Manager, and Sales Team to ensure product complaints are properly communicated and resolved.

7. Experience in an aftermarket parts business is preferable.
8. Attention to detail and capability to follow tasks through to completion.
9. IT skills, including ERP/WMS systems and Office 365.
