Job Title: Senior Talent Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in Performance Management and Performance Analysis, with a strong background in HR or L&D.
The talent management team is responsible for the administration of performance management processes and bonus and salary review cycles across the firm. The team coordinates all promotion and remuneration cycles, ensuring the processes are fair and transparent, with support for employees and managers throughout.
The role will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies and initiatives to support employee engagement and development. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing performance management strategies aligned to the firm's values and objectives
* Reviewing and developing performance management processes and tools to effectively evaluate performance and inform the promotions process
* Leading the objective setting process, managing the annual calendar, and providing training and support to employees and managers on objective setting and review
* Analysing performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement and providing meaningful reporting on key milestones
* Being the HR system super-user, including account setup, user training, development and support, and producing reports and statistics from the system focusing on data analytics and accuracy
* Working with the finance and HR teams on remuneration policy, bonus structure and implementation, and overseeing administration of the same
* Co-ordinating all promotion and remuneration cycles, ensuring the processes are fair and transparent, and providing support to employees and managers
* Collaborating with managers to identify development opportunities, liaising with L&D to craft training and development programmes to address skills gaps
* Providing coaching and support to managers to help them develop their teams
* Working with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor succession plans and capacity planning across the firm

* Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR systems and other relevant software applications
