Service Administrator (JN -122024-407047) Dublin West, Republic of Ireland
We are currently seeking a skilled Service Administrator to join our client located in Finglas, Dublin.
Location: Finglas, Dublin
18-month contract
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day customer enquiries, planning scheduled and unscheduled service events, and providing assistance to both customers and internal colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Documenting customer inquiry information within appropriate systems.
2. Providing quotations and resolving customer issues by utilising their understanding of processes, systems, and practises.
3. Escalating complex issues and providing feedback to support improvement projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences and organisational goals.
4. Planning scheduled and unscheduled service events including the scheduling of the Field Service Engineers.
5. Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
6. Communicating effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
7. Providing full Technical Support to all relevant staff, customers, and dealers as required, and acting as the local single point of contact to customers.
8. Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Experience:
1. Proven experience in aftermarket customer support, preferred but not essential.
2. Industry knowledge in the repair and maintenance of Electromechanical Equipment, preferred but not essential.
3. Computer literate.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to work under pressure with self-drive and initiative.
