Key Responsibilities
* Manage the production of monthly Value Cost Reconciliation and Forecasting reports.
* Oversee the preparation and agreement of monthly project Payment Claims.
* Handle the preparation of internal and external project cashflow information.
* Lead change control processes, including identification and negotiation.
* Assess and quantify the effects of delay and disruption on projects.
* Monitor and manage all ongoing commercial aspects throughout project lifecycles.
* Act as the Commercial Lead on projects, liaising directly with clients and client representatives.
* Ensure compliance with contract provisions regarding notifications and claims.
* Procure, compile, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.
* Negotiate and finalize subcontractor accounts.
Requirements
* A degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 8+ years of surveying experience.
* Strong contractual and commercial acumen.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging with clients and design teams.
* Proven negotiation skills.
* Experience administering RIAI, GCC, and bespoke forms of contracts.
* Proficiency in IT and industry-specific software (experience with Cubit, CostX, and COINS is advantageous).
* Prior experience working on medium- to large-scale projects in sectors such as industrial, healthcare, pharma, commercial, and education.
