We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property investment and development company based in Dublin City Centre.
They are looking to hire a Temporary Operations Support professional to join their small Business Operations team for a 5–6 month period. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone with strong IT and administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day admin and operational support across the business
* Help maintain and support internal IT systems – including MS Office, SharePoint, and bespoke property databases
* Assist with IT-related tasks and ongoing business projects
* Liaise with external IT providers when required
* Support general office operations and coordinate facilities tasks as needed
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar admin/operations role
* Confident using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
* Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a small team
* Property experience is a bonus but not essential
