You will be a key member in the QA Department to ensure the quality of products and services produced by company meets company and specific industry standards. Working closely with the Project Teams, you will oversee the entire project implementation in the quality aspect, to ensure finished products and services meet customer expectations. through activities such as performing quality checks and notify project/management of any QA issues.
Be Part of Our Sucess
1. Manage the QA/ QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems delivered meets the customer quality requirements
2. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of Projects work products to ensure finished product quality
3. Conduct internal Quality Audits and other quality assurance activities
4. Collect and compile statistical quality data
5. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
6. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
7. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
8. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
9. Assist in drafting quality assurance policies and procedures
10. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
11. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Qualities We Value
12. Has good written and oral communication skills
13. Strong IT skills with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
14. Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience highly desirable
15. Experience in software/system/product development lifecycle would be advantageous
16. Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance highly desirable
17. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements like ISO, ISO, highly desirable
