Job Title: Finishing Foreman
Job Summary:
A Finishing Foreman is required for a Tier 1 Builder/ Developer to work on a large 3-year residential project in West Dublin. The successful candidate will have worked on residential projects, ideally in Ireland before.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carpentry background and experience as a Finishing Foreman for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously.
* Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
* The ability to work to tight deadlines and have a good eye for detail.
Package:
Salary circa €75k-€80k and market-leading benefits package.
