Administration Support
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide general administration support to senior management and the site services support team.
* Manage calendars and logistics for meetings, events, and other activities.
* Organize meeting schedules and coordinate event planning.
* Perform confidential administrative tasks for internal Lilly processes.
* Assist with visitor support, including transportation and local accommodations.
* Support regulatory audit logistics and ensure compliance with document control procedures.
* Manage filing and archiving in the Quality Docs system.
* Participate in the Reception Cover team and perform duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
* A welcoming and assisting attitude towards colleagues and visitors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
