Culture of Data Governance: Foster a culture of data governance within the site, ensuring compliance with policies, designing and delivering relevant training, and monitoring practices.
This role is pivotal in promoting data stewardship, enhancing data quality, and ensuring principles are embedded in the site culture.
A Typical Day Includes:
* Collaborating with the Global DG team to design and deliver continuous training aligned with current and evolving knowledge needs.
* Designing comprehensive training programs focused on data governance, regulations, and best practices for bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
* Collaborating with leadership to ensure training aligns with operational needs and business objectives.
* Conducting and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars for staff at various levels.
* Assessing the impact of industry trends and regulatory updates on training needs and adjusting strategies where necessary.
* Leveraging technology to enhance training delivery, including e-learning platforms, simulation tools, and virtual environments.
Beyond Training:
* Building awareness through engagement with employees of the need for a mature data governance culture.
* Acting as advocates with data stewards on cultural and behavioral changes required.
* Gathering and reporting agreed site data governance KPIs to relevant stakeholders.
* Establishing ongoing monitoring and auditing processes to ensure sustained cultural improvements.
* Fostering a culture of quality and data governance within the organization.
* Driving communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure effective data governance practices.
* Leading/supporting initiatives to embed data governance principles into core values and everyday practices.

Requirements: BA/BS degree and 5+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in pharmaceutical/FDA regulated work areas.
