We are seeking a Payroll & Accounts Receivable Assistant for our client in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll processing, provide leave cover, process weekly wages and manage payroll reporting. Collaborate with Operations and HR on payroll-related matters.
* Accounts Receivable: Process invoices, allocate bank transactions, manage account verification, returns and credits. Prepare and submit monthly interstat returns.
Requirements:
* Qualification in payroll/finance (desirable).
* Experience in a similar role.
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Fluent English (written & spoken).
Work Details:
* This is a contract role for approximately 15 months, potentially extendable.
* The role is Hybrid and based close to Bandon in Cork.
* Typical working hours: 9am - 5:30pm.
