Lead our Quality Team at our Shannon site as a dynamic Quality Manager, shaping and maintaining high-quality standards. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* 1. Setting Quality Standards: Establish clear, measurable quality objectives aligned with company goals and customer needs.
* 2. Collaborating with Customers: Resolve customer interactions on quality matters, ensuring their needs are integrated into our processes.
* 3. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to elevate quality performance, leveraging customer feedback and industry best practices.
* 4. Driving Compliance: Ensure processes meet industry standards (such as ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements.
* 5. Leading the Team: Provide direction and coordination to your team for top-notch quality results.
About You:
* A degree in Science, Quality, or Engineering (Level 8 preferred).
* 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven expertise in Quality Engineering, Assurance, and Systems.
* Experience leading audits/inspections and spearheading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
* Exceptional customer interaction, communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
