As the HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the hotel's HR operations, ensuring that all HR functions are executed efficiently and in line with company policies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the people management strategies of a luxury hotel group while maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
Our client is a well-established branded hotel located in Cork. Known for delivering outstanding guest experiences, the hotel offers a high level of service, and they are committed to creating a positive and inclusive working environment for their staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive HR support to the management team, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with current legislation and best practices.
* Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration of new employees into the team.
* Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records of employee information, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
* Act as a point of contact for staff queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
* Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.
* Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to promote continuous professional growth within the hotel.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and contribute to a positive and safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in an HR role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the team.
* Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
* Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
* Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
Salary & Benefits:
* €35,000 - €40,000 per annum, based on experience.
