ABOUT YOUR ROLESupport the Marketing Manager in delivering the brand plans in line with both financial KPIs (Volume, Revenue, Profit) and brand metrics (Penetration, Frequency, Brand Health)Develop and execute brand plans through the line including leading content production and media plans across Digital/Social, Shopper and Trade Press.Marketing team lead/representative at monthly activation meeting with responsibility for agreeing the full brand portfolio priorities across the total business in store throughout the calendar yearLead the below the line activation plans for Lucozade Energy portfolio to develop and drive impactful execution at the point of purchase across all levers and channels.
Responsible for creation, production and delivery of all POS materialsSupport in the brand planning process from market analysis through to costed, detailed brand plans.Day to day contact with the Sales functions to ensure all shopper material requirements are being met: Pan Ireland.
Ongoing review and management of POS and brand distribution.
Regular Time in trade to gain insightsWork closely with commercial marketing team to ensure support and alignment with plans across all marketing levers (e.g.
activation, pricing)Liaise with BG brand team on GB brand plans and align with these plans where synergies can be found for the Irish market.Work with finance business partners to understand and review brand performance and adapt/create plans where necessary to address performanceOngoing performance tracking (working with finance teams, category teams, and conducting external market reviews) to identify performance challenges and opportunities and create plans to addressMarketing Budget: Full budget ownership for Lucozade including creation of budget split, continuous reconciliation/reporting of spend, and day to day purchase order admin.WHATS IN IT FOR YOUSuntory is a fast moving, agile and entrepreneurial business that is home to some of the nations most loved brands.
