With over 30 years of experience in the HVAC, Electrical, and Controls industry, this organisation is dedicated to providing top-tier service and fostering employee growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and managing invoices.
Developing and maintaining detailed maintenance schedules.
Coordinating and scheduling Engineers and Technicians.
Updating and managing jobs on the CRM system.
Handling customer queries with efficiency and professionalism.
Producing status reports and communicating updates to customers.
Prioritising and organising maintenance activities.
Accurate data entry.
Organising, monitoring, and filing relevant documentation.
Skills and Experience Required1–2 years of experience in a similar Service Desk Administration role.
Experience with invoicing.
Strong scheduling and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent time-management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
