Customer Service Agent – Insurance Personal Lines
Hybrid Role in Dublin 16
MUST BE APA QUALIFIED & HAVE PERSONAL LINES EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will work within the KennCo Insurance customer service department. The role involves dealing directly with customers, answering queries on their policies, renewal queries, mid-term adjustments, and any other insurance queries our customers may have. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in customer service, customer retention, and policy administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work in all sections of personal lines, including renewals, processing mid-term adjustments, and after-sales customer inquiries.
* Build rapport with customers.
* Retain existing business and work towards renewal retention targets.
* Ensure all data is kept up to date on applied relay systems.
* Handle all customer requests efficiently.
* Provide a high level of customer service.
* Process administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Capability to work within a fast-paced environment.
* Applied system (Relay) knowledge is an advantage.
* Clear and proficient communication and negotiation skills.
* Motivated with a positive outlook.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum APA qualified.
