An opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join the team in John Sisk & Son. John Sisk & Son is a leading construction company in Ireland with an international presence in the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities
Process vendor payments, payroll payments and manual payments accurately and in timely mannerMaintenance of standing orders and direct debitsCollaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvalsBank access administrationMaintain accurate payment reportingWorking closely with Treasury and other finance team members and dealing with queries from the business as they ariseEnsure compliance with company policies, regulations and requirements related to paymentsProvide audit sample requestsIdentify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to streamline. disbursement processes, enhance accuracy, and improve efficiencyAd hoc duties as required.
Experience
Relevant experience working in a busy environment (minimum 2/3 years)Excellent attention to detailFlexible and able to multi-taskAbility to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamDeadline focused with ability to organise and prioritise tasksStrong IT skills, experience working with banking platforms and COINS preferred but not essentialExcellent communications skills
