Job Title: AT Operator



Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* Establish job requirements from drawings, production cards or job instruction sheets.
* Stitching using industrial single, double and 4-needle machines, automatics, zigzags, CNCs, binders, overlockers etc.
* Cutting, marking, gluing, identing, assembling and other manual sub-assembly work.
* Pack/unpack components to company specifications.
* Verify the work which has been carried out and record as necessary.
* Record any other necessary data.
* Always operate any equipment or process in a safe manner in line with proper procedure and wear appropriate clothing/equipment.


Advantageous Experience:

* Experience in a fabric assembly / sewing environment.
* Experience with using various types of sewing machines.
* Experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing / Aerospace environment.
* Experience of working with small components.
* Ability to read and understand work instructions.
* Experience of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and production cards.
