**Operations Coordinator**
Location: Killarney, Co. Kerry
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in a Tourist related business.
This is a permanent role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with occasional evening work and weekend requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with suppliers and team members, and ensuring that all services meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee daily operations, including tour schedules, bookings, and customer service.
* Communicate with staff and third-party vendors to ensure all arrangements run smoothly.
* Manage and update booking systems, itineraries, and schedules.
* Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring contracts and agreements are up to date.
* Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling of support staff.
* Stock control of operational resources, including shop supplies, farm equipment, and promotional materials.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operations or coordination within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with local and international tourism trends and regulations.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle unexpected challenges calmly.
The salary for this role is €40k - €48k per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
