Global Payroll Senior Analyst
As an integral member of Logitech Finance, you will work as in a fast-paced, dynamic Payroll team processing bi-weekly payrolls for the Americas (AMR) and/or EMEA region.

In this role you will:
* Manage the accurate and timely processing of Logitech’s end to end payroll cycles for the AMR and/or EMEA regions.
* Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll & reward regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements for each jurisdiction.
* Collaborate with payroll partners to collect and validate payroll inputs, including salaries, benefits, allowances, and deductions.
* Review and validate payroll calculations and payroll outputs, including payslips, tax filings, and social security contributions.
* Ensure the accurate and timely performance of payroll fiscal close procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations, while working with the wider Finance team to resolve exceptions.
* Partner with key internal stakeholders in troubleshooting issues and in collaboratively working towards developing optimum processes and service delivery.
* Be a key player in the payroll roadmap for continuous improvement including the elimination of manual processes and implementation of automated payroll solutions.
* Key player in the relationship between Payroll and key internal stakeholders including People Services, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, Stock Administration and Finance.
* Key interface with Logitech’s external payroll partners ensuring optimum service levels for Logitech and ensuring alignment with Logitech payroll’s internal roadmap for continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with payroll internal controls.
* Assist with Internal and External Audit payroll related audit requests.
* Work with key external stakeholders and keep updated on federal, state, and local payroll related regulations.
* Develop ad-hoc management reporting as needed.
Your Skills:
For consideration, you must bring the following skills, experience and behaviours to our team:
* 5+ years’ proven experience in a similar role. AMR payroll knowledge and experience a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent payroll related qualification.
* Strong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, social security requirements, and benefits regulations.
* Possess (or have an interest in developing) AMR payroll knowledge including labour/ payroll tax laws and regulations.
* High proficiency in Payroll software/ Excel/ Google Workspace and knowledge of HRIS tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex payroll calculations and reconciliations.
* Understand full payroll cycle through to GL bookings and ability to present meaningful flux commentary on payroll accounts.
* Process improvement mindset: proven ability to reengineer payroll processes in implementing a first-class payroll service.
* Have some level of experience in transforming a payroll process for a large organisation, eliminating manual processes and working with key partners in automation payroll services delivery inhouse or with third party service providers.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Proven experience in collaborating with different stakeholders and in driving towards optimum solutions.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment where adaptability is key.
