Repair Service Representative I
Responsibilities
* Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Repair Service Representative. This entry-level position involves processing new orders/quotes, product returns, warranties, and resolving billing and collections issues. You will respond to routine customer service requests and provide valuable feedback to improve processes within our Repair Shop.
* Major Responsibilities:
* 1. Coordinate with internal Panasonic departments to manage internal work packages, report status, and track jobs to meet customer requirements.
* 2. Process new orders and quotes, handle product returns, warranties, and resolve billing and collections issues.
* 3. Monitor the repair cycle to ensure timely completion.
* 4. Maintain and update customer profiles as requirements change.
* 5. Provide feedback to improve processes within the Repair Shop.
* 6. Raise and monitor purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Qualifications
* Essential:
* 1. High School Diploma, Leaving Certificate, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
* 2. Intermediate skills in O365 applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
* Desired:
* 1. Related customer service administration experience.
* 2. Third-level qualification in customer service, administration, or a similar field.
* 3. ERP knowledge.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
* 1. Ability to work effectively in teams to meet customer requirements.
* 2. Participation in Kaizen Lean action teams, learning and incorporating new concepts into daily work processes.
* 3. Proficiency with ERP Systems for processing customer goods through the repair process to conclusion and billing.
* 4. Familiarity with repair work procedures, work instructions, and quality operating procedures.
* 5. Ability to identify problems that require escalation for quick resolution.
* 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for daily interactions with internal and external customers.
* 7. Ability to perform in high-stress, high-pressure environments.
* 8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* 9. Ability to follow established procedures on routine work, with occasional deviation from accepted practice.
