Recruitment Administrator
Role Overview:
The Recruitment Administrator will support the Early Careers Recruitment Team in attracting, selecting, and developing emerging talent into Fieldfisher. Key responsibilities include event organisation, application administration, diary management, and general administration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Attraction and Selection: Organise campus recruitment events, pre-screen applications, administer online assessments, and manage job postings.
* Development: Support onboarding of trainees and apprentices, coordinate induction, and assist with seat rotations and secondments.
* General Administration: Respond to queries, process expenses, book travel, and manage diaries.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an assistant or administrator.
* Good organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work well in a team and adapt to new tools and technologies.
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
