We’re looking for a proactive B2B Business Development executive. The candidate will actively take ownership of our product, support business growth, and foster relationships with our clients. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and love working in an exciting, fast-paced, people-facing environment, you’ll be a perfect match for our sales team.
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our growing business development team to help deliver results for our clients across Ireland, UK, Europe, and the USA.
We need someone who has relevant experience and/or qualifications in the case of a Graduate, can work well within a team, and is comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing with new customers. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, can conduct research, demonstrate strong analytical skills, has an eye for detail, and will work consistently and with determination to meet the contract requirements.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for identifying new clients across specific industries and developing client relationships, proactively creating genuine opportunities for our new and existing clients. You will also assist with new product launches for all new products brought to market.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience of working within a team to achieve goals with a minimum of 1 year B2B experience. Graduates will be considered.
* Skilled in CRM and lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and HubSpot CRM.
* Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Experience in conducting company/market research.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Proficient in social media and digital marketing.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Desirable Criteria:
* A degree in marketing, sales, ads/promotions, communication, business management, or a similar field.
* Experience in B2B sales, 2 years +.
* Report writing for business use.
* ERP rollout experience.
* Language skills (business level proficiency).
