Key ResponsibilitiesClient ServiceOversee and manage the delivery of high-quality client service across all engagementsLead a diverse portfolio of audit and audit-exempt assignmentsCollaborate across departments to ensure consistent client satisfactionIdentify and proactively address client concerns and issuesRisk ManagementConduct comprehensive audit file reviewsManage audit risk and ensure compliance with relevant standardsPrepare files for Partner reviewTeam Leadership & Talent DevelopmentLead and mentor a team of trainee accountantsFoster team development and promote a cohesive work cultureDeliver technical training and support within the audit teamApprove and review timesheets and staff time allocationsMonitor and manage work-in-progress (WIP) monthly Candidate RequirementsQualified accountant with 2–3 years' post-qualification experience in an audit roleStrong technical knowledge of auditing and financial reporting standardsProven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressureUnderstanding of risk and compliance within audit functionsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in the SME sector is highly desirable PackageCompetitive salary and benefits package, aligned with experienceOpportunities for continued professional development and career progression
