The Role:
To work as part of the busy award winning kitchen team, delivering consistent production to the agreed standard and timeframe:
Work up to 5 days per week in the busy Kitchen department;
* Produce product to the agreed standard within the agreed timeframe;
* Ensure compliance to and document in accordance with HACCP;
* Liaise and communicate with breakfast chef;
* Work as part of the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum of 2 year previous experience in a similar role;
* Good knowledge of HACCP;
* Recognised chef qualification desirable;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Attention to detail.
