:
1. Provide technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: Process Safety, Occupational Safety, or Occupational Hygiene
2. Support the development of policies, procedures, and EHS documentation
3. Assist in maintaining an up-to-date Register of Legislation
4. Conduct EHS inspections, surveys, and audits
5. Investigate incidents and accidents, completing necessary documentation
6. Coordinate and lead the implementation of key EHS projects and systems
7. Represent the site on corporate and trade groups
8. Provide input to the site Technology Transfer team for new product introductions
9. Take responsibility for the organization and coordination of the Risk Assessment program
10. Act as a subject matter authority for process safety, including COMAH/Seveso III requirements
11. Ensure maintenance of key process safety documents and completion of necessary reviews and studies
12. Support occupational hygiene and ergonomics initiatives
13. Provide safety support to labs on site
14. Develop and implement the site ergonomics program
15. Deliver training as required
Requirements:
16. 5+ years of experience as an EHS professional in the Pharma industry on a primary manufacturing facility
17. Thorough knowledge of process plant operations
18. Sound understanding of EHS legislation and cGMP requirements
19. Strong technical knowledge in the specific field of expertise
20. Familiarity with critical business functions on site and global quality policies
