Position Overview
The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of Homecare. This role requires a strategic leader who ensures the smooth and efficient delivery of homecare services, meeting regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality care to clients. The Regional Director will lead multiple teams, drive operational efficiency, and support the company’s growth and development.
Salary: from 70,000 to 80,000
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a management role, preferably in healthcare, Homecare/Nursing Homes or Social Care sectors preferred.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of homecare regulations and standards, particularly HIQA (for Ireland).
Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational excellence.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, families, and external stakeholders.
Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Technology: Proficiency with homecare management systems and related technologies.
Flexibility: Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Previous team management experience essential.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
