**Field Sales Role Overview**
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the Dublin territory, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Territory Management: Develop a deep understanding of potential customers and competitors in the region.
* CRM & Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Customer & Internal Collaboration: Build and strengthen relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Solution Development: Assist in creating tailored logistics solutions for customers.
* Account Onboarding & Support: Facilitate smooth transitions for new accounts and provide support for accounts receivable (AR) collections when necessary.
* Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
* Industry Engagement: Participate in local trade groups to strengthen industry presence.
**Requirements**
* Previous Experience: Previous Field Sales experience is essential, along with a full driving licence.
* Logistics Background: Previous Logistics or Haulage experience is desirable.
* Skill Set: Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent English is essential, along with an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
