"We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our team."
Responsibilities:
* Manage commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead interface with Client Commercial/Contract Team, Project Procurement, and Sub-contractors.
* Conduct cost and risk analysis, and manage commercial aspects of subcontractors.
* Provide project costing, margin, and cashflow reports.
* Manage project change order procedures and agree costs with clients.
* Deliver monthly valuations and certificates, and final accounts.
Requirements:
* Relevant third-level degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Building Services.
* 10+ years of experience in a similar role, including electrical work on large-scale projects.
* Proven working knowledge of current contract law.
* Proven track record in customer relationship development.
Benefits:
* Salary circa €95,000 - €110,000 (dependent on experience).
