In House Recruitment Consultant
We are currently seeking a highly skilled In House Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Limerick. As an integral part of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for interviewing and pre-screening candidates, maintaining accurate candidate records, collecting supporting documents, conducting reference checks, and working closely with new and existing clients to deliver exceptional recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
* BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Utilize sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from client companies.
* CUSTOMER VISITS: Regularly visit clients to build and develop positive relationships with them, fostering trust and understanding their needs.
* CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDING: Develop a comprehensive understanding of client companies, including their industry, work culture, and environment.
* VACANCY MANAGEMENT: Advertise vacancies by crafting and placing adverts, leveraging social media to promote positions, and identifying suitable candidates.
* CANDIDATE APPROACH: Identify and approach potential candidates who may already be employed, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants.
* SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT: Request references and assess the suitability of applicants before presenting them to clients.
* CANDIDATE BRIEFING: Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits to ensure alignment with client expectations.
* CORRESPONDENCE PREPARATION: Prepare CVs and correspondence for forwarding to clients regarding suitable applicants.
* ADVISORY SERVICES: Offer guidance to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression.
* TARGETS AND PERFORMANCE: Work towards and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billing value, or business leads generated.

This is a hybrid position requiring approximately one day per week (often less) in Limerick. The salary for this one-year fixed-term contract ranges from €30,000 to €35,000.
