Key Responsibilities:
* Setup and test systems and sub-assemblies against specifications, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and methodologies.
* Perform inspections on sub-assemblies, modules, and systems using theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
* Prepare samples and reagents for chemical testing, identifying causes of malfunction and non-conformance.
* Assist Engineering in installing and verifying new test procedures, equipment, and products.
* Collaborate on design and development of test fixtures, modules inspection/test procedures, and preliminary system test/inspection procedures.
* Maintain accurate Q.C. records, overseeing and checking repair work to ensure conformance to Siemens specifications.
* Work within Quality Control procedures, handling material flow, processing defective material, and adhering to safety rules and procedures.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification (Engineering Degree/Diploma or QQI Level 6 Certificate in Engineering).
* 2 years' experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
* Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Windows, SAP).
