HR Business Analyst - Workday Specialist
The HR Business Analyst will support the Workday Absence and Time project while also managing business-as-usual activities in the Core HR domain.
This role involves collaborating with the internal SME who will lead the HR workstream for the Time and Absence project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the internal SME in gathering and documenting business requirements for the Workday Absence and Time modules.
* Document current and future state process maps.
* Support the testing and deployment activities under the guidance of the SME.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
* Work closely with HR teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the Time and Absence modules with existing HR processes.
* Administer day-to-day operations and support for Core HR processes within Workday.
* Handle case management and resolve HR-related queries and issues.
* Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into HR metrics and performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience as an HR Business Analyst or similar role, with exposure to Workday Absence, Time, and Core HR modules.
* Experience supporting international processes in multiple countries.
* Must be proficient in process mapping, with the ability to document and analyze both current and future state processes effectively.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong working knowledge in Workday operations and reporting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills:
* Workday certification in Absence, Time Tracking, or Core HR.
* Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
