Cpl Limerick are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to support a financial client with their growth in the Irish Market. This is a part time role - however suitable candidates must be available to compete an 11 week training period full time.
This role is available on weekend shift - Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5.30pm (15 hours per week) - Sunday premium is paid at an increased rate.
This role is also available on weekday shift - Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm (20 hours per week).
Any potential candidates must be able to complete 11 weeks full time training - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week) before the part time shift commences.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, the ability to multi-task, resolve issues quickly and have excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and timely manner.
Receiving inbound calls from customers answering various banking queries.
Ensure that customer records are maintained at all times in accordance with the relevant CCMA/CPC regulations.
Drive sales to achieve targets.
Identify, convert or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
-Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Eager to learn and grown within the company.
-Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass all relevant background checks.
-This role is onsite in Henry Street Limerick.
-Must be available to complete 11 weeks full time training - Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week for 11 weeks.
