Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Channel Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen and commercial finesse to engage with customers and partners, understand their business needs, and offer innovative Identity Security solutions from One Identity. This role will be based in Cork with a focus on UK and Ireland markets. This is primarily an inside sales role, but travel to the UKI regions will be required from time to time.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership: Drive sales of One Identity Product Portfolio, working with our channel program partners within the UK and Ireland markets.
2. Rapid Region Development: Leverage your expertise and networks to expedite region growth, establishing a strong market presence swiftly.
3. Strategic Territory Planning: Create and execute strategic territory plans while monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
4. Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with local partners to craft and implement strategic action plans for mutual success.
5. Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customers' unique business challenges and align solutions effectively.
6. Channel Account Management: Take charge of Channel account management, encompassing account planning and accurate sales forecasting.
7. Sales Execution: Lead a range of sales and marketing activities, from prospecting to closure, following a structured sales process.
8. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain robust business relationships, executing targeted account plans to drive growth.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead the sales process by effectively utilizing BDR’s, technical pre-sales, and marketing resources.
This position forms part of the EMEA Sales Team, reporting to our EMEA Inside Sales Director.
Qualifications
1. Experience: 2+ years in SaaS/Cybersecurity channel sales and/or business development.
2. Language Skills: Native Fluent English.
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
4. Methodology Familiarity: Proficiency with MEDDPICC methodology, ready to implement it daily.
5. Drive and Track Record: Highly motivated, target-driven, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
6. Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
7. Presentation Abilities: Capable of delivering tailored presentations addressing diverse audience needs.
8. Relationship Management: Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
9. Collaborative Leadership: Ability to provide direction, collaborate effectively with our partners, and forge long-term strategic relationships at executive levels.
