A high-performing Senior Administrative Assistant is required to support senior leaders in the EMEA Business org.
This is a 9-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
* Understand business priorities and leader's bandwidth to optimize time usage.
* Manage calendars, coordinating time zones for 3 regional leaders with high accuracy.
* Maintain continuity in communications across leaders and stakeholders.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and location.
* Work at a fast pace, proactively completing tasks and answering queries.
* Support leaders in maintaining relationships with key people and identifying collaboration opportunities.
* Embody company culture, values, and goals.
* Assist with additional projects as required.
* Identify operational opportunities and refine processes or propose new solutions.
* Collaborate with a team in a tech-driven environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 4+ years of leadership support experience (Director, VP, C-Suite) or similar.
* Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders, coordinating 3 diaries, and travel management.
* Flawless attention to detail and commitment to executing daily tasks.
* Strong decision-making skills.
* Tech-savvy with ability to quickly adapt to new applications and tools.
* Determined individual with ability to prioritize tasks and re-adapt plans.
* Exceptional confidentiality.
* Ability to understand and improve current processes.
* Onsite availability 3-4 days per week.
