Job Title: Experienced Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team at Colton Motors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing Ford and SEAT vehicles, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment and systematic approach
* Meet with customers to understand their problems and provide clear solutions
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technology on vehicle ranges and how to diagnose and repair faults
* Carry out diagnosis, repairs, and servicing to the highest standards
* Liaise with colleagues and supervisors as needed
* Check and verify work through diagnostic equipment and road-testing
* Liaise with Service Manager/Advisor
* Complete relevant service documentation
Requirements:
* Qualification and relevant certification
* Familiarity with Ford and SEAT brands
* Competence in the use of diagnostic equipment
* Ability to complete work in a timely manner with attention to detail
* Teamwork and communication skills
* Computer literacy (Kerridge/CDK knowledge preferred)
* Full driving license with zero penalty points
