Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to clubs menus and quality standards. To lead, motivate and train junior staff on recipes, presentation skills and cooking skills. Adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen. Strong leadership and organizational skills A flexible, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for delivering high-quality, fresh, and innovative dishes. Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
